This policy is designed to cover and protect individuals and families from a number of eventualities related to health that may lead one to incur medical expenses.
Corporate Health Cover ensures the employer caters for the overall employee well-being.
Range of cover includes:
- Inpatient services including Hospitalisation, surgery, psychiatric, physiotherapy, accidental, dental & optical treatment, and ICU charges.
- Outpatient services including Consultations, diagnostic examinations, prescribed drugs, laboratory and ultrasounds, X-ray, MRI, and CT scan on pre-authorization, accidental optical & dental treatment, dressings.
- Other services including Maternity, Dental, and Optical benefits, overseas referral, local and international emergency evacuation.
Who is eligible for the cover?
- Adults between the age of 18 years and 60 years.
- Children between the age of 1 month and 17 years.
NB:// Members above 50 years will be required to undergo a medical examination at specific providers before membership and eligibility of cover can be confirmed. Please note that this will be at the applicant’s cost.
